Request deletion by email
- Email [email protected] from the email address connected to your Karter account.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Karter account.
- Include: I want to delete my Karter account and associated practice data.
We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.
What deletion includes
- Your Karter account profile.
- Your saved session and progress data.
- Your saved app preferences where they are associated with your account.
What may remain
Some records may remain if required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, payment records, or fraud prevention. Local data stored on your device or browser can also be cleared by removing site data or uninstalling the app.
Before you request deletion
Deleting your account is permanent. If you only want to clear recent practice history, open Karter Settings and use the reset option where available.
