• Practice data: session dates, completion status, reflection rating, breathing pattern, and concentration drill metrics such as hits, misses, false alarms, and pulse counts.
• Local device data: some preferences may be stored in your browser or device storage so the app can remember your settings.
• Support messages: information you choose to send us when you ask for help.

How we use information

• To provide the Karter app, including login, session logging, progress views, reminders, and settings.
