Cancel Subscription
How to cancel your Karter subscription on the web, iPhone or Android.
You can cancel Karter at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, or until your free trial ends, and you won't be charged again.
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed. If you're not sure, open Karter on the web and go to Settings → Account. The Subscription section shows where you bought it.
Bought on getkarter.com
- Sign in at getkarter.com and go to Settings → Account.
- Under Subscription, tap Cancel subscription.
- Confirm. Changed your mind? Tap Resume subscription any time before the period ends.
Web payments are handled by Paddle, our reseller. Your payment method and invoices are under Payment method and invoices on the same page.
Bought on iPhone or iPad (App Store)
Apple manages App Store subscriptions, so we can't cancel them for you.
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose Karter and tap Cancel Subscription.
You can also open your App Store subscriptions directly.
Bought on Android (Google Play)
Google manages Google Play subscriptions, so we can't cancel them for you.
- Open the Google Play app.
- Tap your profile, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Choose Karter and tap Cancel subscription.
You can also open your Google Play subscriptions directly.
Good to know
- Deleting the app, or your Karter account, doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it first.
- Cancelling a free trial before it ends means you're never charged.
- Your progress, reflections and settings stay in your account after you cancel.

- Web: email support@karterlabs.com and we'll work it out with Paddle.
- App Store: request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Google Play: request a refund from Google in your Google Play order history.
