Delete Account

You can delete your account instantly from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer sign in.

Delete from the app (instant)

1. Open Karter and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete account and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Delete forever. If you signed in a while ago, we ask you to sign in again first.

Your account, saved sessions, and progress are deleted immediately and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and nothing to email.

Request deletion by email

Use this route if you cannot sign in to the app.

1. Email support@karterlabs.com from the email address connected to your Karter account.
2. Use the subject line: Delete my Karter account.
3. Include: I want to delete my Karter account and associated practice data.

We will confirm the request and complete deletion within 30 days, unless we need to retain limited information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

What deletion includes

• Your Karter account profile.
• Your saved sessions, timer history, and progress.
• Your onboarding answers and app preferences.

What may remain

Some records may remain if required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, security, payment records, or fraud prevention. Data stored in your browser can be cleared by removing site data.

Before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent. If you only want to clear your practice history but keep the account, use Settings → Reset practice data instead.
